Corrosion inhibitor is used in oil and gas well acidizing fluid as corrosion inhibitor to protect equipment and pipelines. This product does not contain highly toxic heavy metal compounds such as antimony, bismuth and copper. The product is suitable for hydrochloric acid, soil acid and other kinds of acid, it can be used at 200℃ by adding other additives together. The performance index of corrosion inhibitor reaches first grade standard at high temperature of 160-200℃. Good corrosion inhibitor is with good compatibility, the higher the temperature, the more stable the performance, it is a new type of high temperature environmental protection corrosion inhibitor.

Usage Method

When acidizing the liquid, add 1%~5% corrosion inhibitor in the clean water (add the amount according to the temperature of the formation), and then add the acid and other additives and circulate evenly.
Pay attention when using, wear goggles and rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with with the face, hands and other parts of the skin. If splashed on the skin, rinse with water and wash with soap.

Packaging & Storage

This product is packed in iron drum or plastic drum, net weight capacity is 200±0.5Kg/pack. Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. The valid period is two years. More than two years, it need to be re-inspected, inspection qualified, can still be used.
