Shale oil production accounts for more than 70% of China's total shale oil production

   China Petroleum network news (correspondent Shao Fengxia he Fengpeng) On April 25, located in Longdong, Gansu province, the first million tons of shale oil development demonstration area of China H37-9 horizontal well, daily oil production of 79 tons, more than 5500 cubic meters of gas, equivalent to 83.6 tons of oil and gas equivalent, the development effect of the best level in history. Up to now, the new shale oil Wells deployed in Longdong oil area of Changqing Oilfield this year have a daily oil equivalent of 1088 tons, which plays a demonstration and leading role in promoting the intensive and efficient development of continental shale oil in China.

In recent years, shale oil has become a strategic replacement resource for China to reduce its dependence on foreign oil and ensure national energy security. Changqing Oilfield has rapidly promoted the construction of the first million-ton integrated shale oil development base in China, realizing the economic and effective development of shale oil with new technologies and new models. In 2022, the shale oil production of Changqing Oilfield reached 2.21 million tons, accounting for more than 70% of the total domestic shale oil production, playing a positive demonstration role in the scale development of continental shale oil in China.

High quality development is first high quality exploration. In order to accurately locate the shale reservoirs thousands of meters underground, Changqing Oilfield has integrated three-dimensional seismic, geological modeling, logging and drilling and other multidisciplinary technologies, focusing on the compaction mechanism, accumulation mechanism and enrichment law of shale oil reservoirs. Around the key production target area, the skeleton well is arranged to core, and the hydraulic fracturing test field is built, to observe and analyze the geological parameters such as microstructural changes, reservoir characteristics and oil content, and accurately detect the "sweet spot" of the reservoir. H * * shale oil structural flooding platform innovatively uses the structural well micro-seismic test + "insertion" of production well + interwell stress interference fracturing mode, to maximize the joint control degree of the whole platform, and increase the production of a single well by 15% to 20%. Up to now, Changqing Oilfield has drilled 47 shale oil Wells this year, the drilling rate of more than 80%, the drilling rate of more than 60%, the cumulative production of 740,000 tons of shale oil, up 15.6% year on year.

The shale oil development area of Changqing oilfield is concentrated in Longdong and northern Shaanxi areas of the Loess Plateau. In order to efficiently use the reserves in environmentally sensitive areas, horizontal Wells have become the mace for efficient development. After the horizontal well reaches the reservoir, it can control the bit to continue drilling in the direction parallel to the reservoir and maintain a horizontal well section of a certain length. In Qingcheng oilfield, the average horizontal section of horizontal well has extended to 1574 meters, of which the longest reaches 5060 meters, the longest horizontal section of onshore horizontal well in Asia. The complete production of China H100 platform, the ground covers an area of only 30 mu, underground exploitation reservoir cover area is as high as 40000 mu, save 80% of the land and more than 85% of the labor, for effective reserves, transforming the mode of development provides the successful experience, also for oilfield authors efficiency, high quality development laid a solid foundation.

Under the guidance of the "double-carbon" target, Changqing Oilfield has accelerated the on-site application of carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage technology, in order to realize the low-carbon development of shale oil. At present, the Qingcheng shale oil green and low-carbon demonstration area can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 24,300 tons annually. Among them, the West 233 CCUS test platform can increase the formation pressure by 1.8 times through the carbon dioxide pre-energy fracturing technology, providing a new idea for the increase of low-pressure reservoir energy production.
