Performance and characteristics

It includes a certain amount of clay minerals in rock of oil layer, which will expand, disperse and migrate in the clear water, and reduce the permeability of the rock. Therefore, it is necessary to add clay stabilizer during acidification, fracturing or water injection operations to inhibit the expansion of the clay. A good clay stabilizer should be with good clay swelling stability, good flushing resistance and good temperature resistance.

4%~8% clay stabilizer solution is prepared during acidification or fracturing and squeezed into the formation as pre-bedding fluid; add 1% to 2% clay stabilizer to the injection water at intervals during water injection operations.

Packaging & Storage

This product is packed in iron bucket or plastic bucket, the net capacity of each barrel is 200±0.5Kg. Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. Valid period is two years, more than two years, it need to be re-inspected, inspection qualified, can still be used.
