Performance and characteristics
Product introduction: the organoboron crosslinker for fracturing is light yellow to yellow transparent liquid, which is divided into low temperature and high temperature, and the temperature resistance of high temperature crosslinker is up to 130℃. Both high temperature and low temperature crosslinkers can be used as crosslinking agents for plant glue-based fracturing fluid at a concentration of 0.1-0.5%. This product has good delayed crosslinking and a wide range of glue bond ratio, the crosslinking ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily within 1:100, and the glue break completely, less residue, less damage to the formation. The outstanding performance of this product is a complete organoboron crosslinker, does not contain zirconium, titanium and other components.
The crosslinker can cross-link the thickener molecules together to form a mesh structure (frozen glue), which greatly enhances the fracture-making and sand carrying ability of fracturing fluid. The fracturing fluid cross-linked by borax has fast crosslinking time, high fracturing fluid friction, and poor temperature resistance and shear resistance. Our organoboron crosslinker has the characteristics of low dosage, delayed crosslinking, low fracturing fluid friction, good shear resistance, and low damage to formation and support fractures.
